1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse or purchase products from brivuno.shop.
The website and Brivuno online store are operated by Andrew Beer, a sole trader trading as Brivuno, from 73 Broomhall Road, Manchester M9 8PA, United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
2. Products
Brivuno sells ready-to-ship paracord keychains in the designs shown on the website. We do not currently offer customised or personalised products.
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, device displays and lighting conditions may cause minor differences in colour appearance.
Product measurements and other specifications are approximate unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise.
3. Product Availability
Product availability is displayed on each product page. Placing an item in the basket does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product. We will not substitute another design without your agreement.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed and charged in British pounds sterling (GBP). The product price and any applicable delivery charge are shown before the order is submitted.
Brivuno currently provides free standard UK delivery, with no minimum order value.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted by us.
If a price is obviously incorrect because of a genuine technical or administrative error, we may contact you before accepting or dispatching the order. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Placing an Order
To place an order, you will normally:
- Select a product and add it to the basket
- Review the basket and proceed to checkout
- Enter the requested contact and delivery information
- Review the product, price and delivery details
- Select PayPal and confirm payment
- Receive an electronic order confirmation
Before submitting the order, you can review and correct the information entered during checkout.
6. Order Acceptance
The checkout confirmation and initial order email acknowledge that we have received your order. They do not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance at an earlier stage.
We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, an unsuccessful payment, an undeliverable address, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.
7. Payment
Brivuno accepts payment through PayPal. Payment is processed using PayPal’s secure payment environment and may be subject to PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices.
The customer must be authorised to use the selected payment method. An order cannot be dispatched until the required payment has been successfully completed.
8. Delivery
Brivuno currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 1–2 working days, producing a total estimated timeframe of 2–4 working days from the order date. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Complete delivery conditions are available in our Shipping Policy.
9. Delivery Address and Risk
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you identify an error.
Responsibility for the product passes to you when the order is delivered to you, or to a person you identified to receive it, subject to applicable law.
10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Brivuno provides a voluntary 30-day return period and covers the return-postage cost for eligible UK returns made through our instructed process.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after the returned item is received and approved.
Full eligibility conditions and instructions are available in our Returns and Refund Policy .
11. Statutory Cancellation Rights
For most goods bought online, UK consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to tell the retailer that they wish to cancel, without providing a reason. They then generally have another 14 days to return the goods.
Brivuno’s voluntary 30-day return policy is additional to those statutory rights.
You can communicate a cancellation through our contact form, by emailing support@brivuno.shop , or by using the following model cancellation wording:

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. If a product arrives faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant details.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include a refund, replacement or another remedy required by law.
13. Appropriate Product Use
Products should be used only for their ordinary intended purpose as keychains or everyday-carry accessories.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Brivuno keychains are not safety equipment, climbing equipment, rescue equipment, load-bearing equipment or personal protective equipment.
14. Our Responsibility
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. This includes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and liabilities arising from consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Brivuno supplies products for private consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses where a product is purchased or used primarily for commercial or resale purposes, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security work, hosting issues or other technical circumstances.
We may update the website, product range or these Terms when reasonably necessary. The Terms applicable to an order are those presented when the order is placed.
16. Personal Information
We process personal information for activities such as handling orders, receiving payments, arranging delivery, providing customer support and managing returns.
Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and contracts formed through the Brivuno website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings available in the part of the UK where you live.
